Customer Service Associate (Sales)

You'll be one of the first faces our guests see. This role is all about energy, communication and a great experience from start to finish.

Pay
$10/hour to start Plus membership sales incentives and commission
Shifts
  • Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday, 9 AM – 5 PM
What you'll do
  • Welcome every guest and help them choose the best wash or membership
  • Promote the Unlimited Wash Club and explain membership benefits
  • Help guests with account questions and membership support
  • Keep the line moving safely through the entrance and the property
  • Open, close and keep the site clean, organized and professional
What you'll need
  • Strong communication and a positive, guest-first attitude
  • Comfortable thinking quickly and staying organized when it gets busy
  • Able to stay active, on your feet and outdoors in any weather

Wash Technician

Help keep Tiger Xpress running at its best.

You'll help the wash run safely, smoothly and efficiently throughout the day.

Pay
$10–$11/hour to start
Shifts
  • 7 AM – 4 PM
  • 9 AM – 4 PM
  • 10 AM – 4 PM
  • 2 PM – 9:30 PM
  • 4 PM – 9:30 PM
What you'll do
  • Guide vehicles safely onto the conveyor with proper loading procedures
  • Prep vehicles and check for safety concerns before they enter
  • Monitor the tunnel so every vehicle moves through safely
  • Keep the tunnel, vacuum area, lobby and property clean
  • Help with opening, closing and maintenance, and answer guest questions
What you'll need
  • Safety-focused, detail-oriented and a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to stay active, on your feet and outdoors year-round
